2 times in my life I was fired and the reason for it was mismanagement and jealousy.
However, I had a very good working experience in a multinational company.
After It, I was able to see the difference between such types of companies and private ones in Turkey. This gave me a strong understanding of how the organizational system and management in a company should be.

Why Graphic Design?
This is how the story About Kseniia Aslan and VOUS Digital Design begin.
I was fired 3 days before I knew that I was pregnant. I decided not to waste the time during the childcare period. I read books and blogs about sales, advertising, marketing, and SMM.
In January 2020 I started my LinkedIn account. Its primary reason was to write articles about customer service where I had the most of my working experience and in order not to lose my English language skills.
My career goal has always been to start my own business that is what I was preparing myself for.
3 months later I started to help one web design agency to find clients. This resulted in the writing of hundreds of posts and creating images for them in Canva.
Due to the guidance of my colleagues, to whom I will be always thankful, I continued developing myself in Graphic Design and later met a lot of talented professionals who became the base of Vous Digital Design. It became my passion.
